Kelsey's dream is to bring a fully stocked dessert food truck to weddings, birthday parties, corporate events, and festivals across the Berkshires and Western Mass — serving freshly made treats right from the source. Imagine your guests lining up for custom cupcakes, gorgeous cakes, and handmade confections at your most special moments.
Where it stands: the food truck is still in the works, and there's no launch date yet. In the meantime, Kelsey caters events with custom dessert packages and the Build-Your-Own Cake Bar.

Pick up in Pittsfield or ask about delivery — we serve the Berkshires, Western MA, Eastern NY, Southern VT & Northwest CT (roughly a 1–2 hour radius).
