December orders come in three shapes: a tray for a party or the office, a gift delivered to someone in the Berkshires, and something for Christmas morning. All three are easy — as long as they’re on the calendar by the end of November. The full holiday timeline →
What past holiday menus have included
The holiday menu changes every year and is announced in early December. Past years’ cupcake platters have included white chocolate peppermint, orange cranberry, hot chocolate, eggnog, and gingerbread cupcakes; cookie and bar options have included Biscoff crumb bars, hummingbird mini bundt cakes, white chocolate dipped ginger cookies, and brown butter chocolate chip cookies. Sign up for the email list in the footer and this year’s menu lands in your inbox the day it’s set.
Building a tray
- Chocolate chip cookies ($18 per dozen) — the anchor of any tray, and they hold for days.
- Fudgy brownies ($20 per half-dozen) — cut small, they stretch further than you’d think.
- Chocolate-dipped strawberries ($18 per half-dozen) — the one that makes a tray look finished.
- Cupcakes ($30 per dozen) — for a party where people want something individual.
Rule of thumb: one dozen cookies plus six brownies plus six strawberries feeds about 20 people at a party where dessert isn’t the main event. Double it for a real cookie swap. Ordering for the office or for clients? Office orders & client gifts →
Christmas morning
Cinnamon buns ($6 each, $32 per half-dozen) are a Christmas morning favorite — original, apple, maple bacon, banana bread, blueberry, or raspberry. Pick them up before the holiday and warm them at home. It’s a good order to place early.
Sending a gift instead
If you can’t get home for the holidays, a delivered box of cookies or cinnamon buns to family in the Berkshires is a genuinely good substitute. Order from anywhere; Kelsey hand-delivers with your note. How gift orders work →
When to order
Reach out by the end of November for anything in the two weeks before Christmas. Trays and cookies need 24–48 hours in a normal week, but December is not a normal week.
