How much notice do you need for cupcakes?
Cupcakes need 24–48 hours notice. If they're part of a custom cake order, plan on about 1 week; wedding and event packages need 2–4 weeks. Rush orders are considered case-by-case. More on ordering timelines →
Can you make cupcakes to match a theme or a cake?
Yes. Cupcakes can be piped with buttercream flowers, decorated for a theme, or made to match a custom cake, like the first-birthday Smash Cake + Cupcake Set (from $55). Share your theme or an inspiration photo when you order.
Do you make gluten-free cupcakes?
Most of the menu can be made gluten-free on request for an additional charge. Everything is made in a shared kitchen, so gluten-free orders are not safe for celiac disease. More on gluten-free orders →
Do you deliver cupcakes?
Pickup is in Pittsfield, MA, and delivery is available across the Berkshires, Western Massachusetts, Eastern New York, Southern Vermont, and Northwest Connecticut — roughly a 1–2 hour radius. Delivery fees vary by distance.
