Gift Order Questions
Can I place an order from out of state?
Yes! Many of our gift orders come from family members across the country. Send your request through the online order form from anywhere, and Kelsey will follow up by email or phone to confirm the details — you never need to set foot in Massachusetts.
How does payment work for gift orders?
When Kelsey confirms your order, she'll go over the final total and payment options with you directly. You don't need to be local — everything can be handled remotely before the treats are delivered.
Can you deliver a gift to my recipient's home?
Yes — Sweet Confections delivers across the Berkshires, Western Massachusetts, Eastern New York, Southern Vermont, and Northwest Connecticut, roughly a 1–2 hour radius from Pittsfield, MA. Delivery fees vary by distance. Local pickup in Pittsfield is also available if someone nearby can grab it.
Can I include a gift message?
Yes — just include your message in the order details when you send your request, and Kelsey will make sure it gets to them along with the treats.
How much notice do gift orders need?
Most treats — cupcakes, cookies, brownies, chocolate-dipped strawberries, and brunch boxes — need 24–48 hours notice. Custom cakes need about 1 week. Planning ahead for a birthday or anniversary? Order any time and Kelsey will schedule it for the big day.
