Thank you for ordering from Sweet Confections by Kelsey! These policies help make sure every order is a sweet experience for everyone. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Rush orders are considered on a case-by-case basis and may incur an additional fee.
An order request submitted via this website is an inquiry, not a confirmed order. Kelsey will confirm availability, details, and final pricing within approximately 24 hours. Your order is confirmed only once pricing is agreed upon and (where required) a deposit is paid.
Payment is arranged at pickup or delivery, or online via a secure third-party processor. Custom cakes, events, and Cake Bar packages typically require a non-refundable deposit to reserve your date.
Pickup is available in Pittsfield, MA at an address provided upon order confirmation. Delivery is available across the Berkshires, Western MA, Eastern NY, Southern VT and Northwest CT (roughly a 1–2 hour radius) for an additional fee based on distance. Once an order is picked up or delivered, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer.
All items are prepared in a licensed home kitchen that handles wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, and other common allergens. Cross-contact is possible and we cannot guarantee any item is completely allergen-free. Please disclose all allergies and dietary restrictions at the time of ordering. Some accommodations may be possible with sufficient notice — just ask!
Reference photos are used as inspiration. Every cake is handmade and slight variations in design, color, and texture are part of the handcrafted nature of the work. We do not copy copyrighted characters or trademarked designs exactly — we create original, inspired-by interpretations.
Kelsey may photograph completed orders for portfolio, social media, and marketing purposes. If you would prefer your order not be shared publicly, please let her know when you place your order.
